Juniper berries are hand-foraged from various wild locations around Skye and slowly distilled in copper pot stills, then vapour infused with botanicals such as coriander, angelica and lemon to name a few.

Misty Isle Premium Mulled Gin 41.5% – The botanicals: juniper, cassia bark, orange, lemon, star anise, Tonia beans and a pinch of liquorice root are all soaked in the rich, Italian Amarone red wine prior to distilling. Our Mulled Gin, therefore, has the same flavour profile as a delicious mulled wine combined with a generous juniper hit. We recommend that you enjoy our gin with a Scottish tonic water, a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
