The Story of Lunazul

For over 250 years, the Beckmann family have been crafting some of the world’s finest Tequila. They are one of the largest independent agave growers in Mexico with 4,000 acres of land and over 4 million agave plants.

The agave plants used in Lunazul come from the same botanical line of mother plants used for over 250 years, dating back to the first distillery started by Jose Antonio deCuervo and carried on through eight generations of agave growers.
