For more than 100 years, Brasserie de Troch has created fruity Belgian artisan beers to become a pioneer of the Lambic style.

Brewed with mirabelle plums, Chapeau Mirabelle is a yellowy-orange brew with a fine white head, and a rich, sweet fruity nose, filled with woody, spicy notes and a bright stone fruit character courtesy of the plums.

On the tongue, there’s a sweet-sour mix of sharp plums, and caramel, with a light body, easy-drinking, watery texture, and a moderate carbonation that leave a sweet, dry finish.
